- Shipping & Delivery
- SHIPPING DETAILS:
Our shipping costs are calculated for the LOWER 48 STATES of AMERICA only. We currently only ship within the mainland of the USA.
* We Process and ship items via FedEx usually within 48 - 72hrs (excluding Weekends/Holidays) after receiving a cleared payment for your purchase.
* Package Delivery in approx 7 - 10 Business Days (Excludes Weekends/Holidays), depending on your location.
* FedEx TRACKING # will be emailed to the email address supplied. Please track your package periodically.
We DO NOT Ship to any International addresses, HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, VIRGIN ISLANDS, APO/FPO, or PO BOX, addresses
We currently only ship within the mainland of the USA.

Florida residents are subject to a 6% charge for SalesTax.
- Return Policy
- DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY:
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment or defective please email us immediately, within 2 Days of Delivery Date. We can file a damage/defective report and make arrangements to resolve the issue. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage and emailed to us within 2 days of delivery date (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company or Manufacturer).
RETURNS POLICY:
All Returns must be Authorized. Accepted AUTHORIZED returns must be received at our location within 14 days of the delivery date, in NEW and UNUSED condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories and user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged, no exceptions.
We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs ( Factory seconds/4th quality Model Skeletons, Skulls etc unfortunately are not accepted for returns. All sales are final for these items).
Please email us for the RMA # and further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and if applicable the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. All items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
